Hi

we want to go away next saturday for a week, there will be 4 adults and 4 kids (3,6,9,11), we need showers,electric hook up, swimming pool and clubhouse. What holiday have you enjoyed the most in

cornwall, devon, dorset, somerset

 

help appreciated.

why is it that peeps into caravan and camping have no problems with the peeps next door never a problem we pull onto our pitch to be offered tea or help ercting the awning /tent maybe if the country lived in caravans and tents there would be no problems in life ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

we are just back from Cornwall and was at a site called St. Ives Bay

Lovely site - right on the beach (3 miles of Golden Sand) Indoor heated pool, club/entertainment. Pubs (Kids allowed) tennis, crazy golf...the list goes on. Give it a try - we enjoyed our week. (2 Adults & 2 Kids - 13 & 8)

Hi we just got back from a lovely week at Hendra in Newquay. I would recommend it. Lots to do and only a short journey to the beaches etc.

We had a superb week at Whitehill Country Park, Paington, Devon, Great site, pool, Bar, Seperate bar with disco, Games room, Shop.

We loved it and will be back next week. Best site we have been to.

We are going back to Cofton Holiday Park in Starcross, nr Dawlish in Devon this year.  Pretty site, well kept with swimming pool, bar/pub/restaurant, shop, friendly staff, good pitches and clean new showers/toilets.  Beach walking distance through conservation woodland.  Can normally get a pitch last minute as they have lots of overflow space (which just means if they have entertainment on in evening it's abit quieter for kids to get to sleep) not that the noise is a problem.

Can recommend it has all you are looking for. stayed there for 4 nights in July, lovely site and in a great location near newquay.
