I need to be in the area between wakefield and Doncaster in late September and I'm looking for a site to stay at. Nostell Priory seems a good bet but a reviewer on this site thinks it might not take tourers from this July. Until I'm able to speak with them does anyone know of a site I might use.

I have also heard that they are not taking any more tourers.

If you look at the caravan club site (or camping & caravan club) there is a site at gawthorpe in Ossett which is just off Junction 40 on M1 and there is another at Durkar Wakefield just off junction 39 M1. The one at Durkar I pass regularly (I live 5 mins away) and it looks well maintained and is a flat site.
