being parents with 3 kids and members of the C&CC, we try and tell our children to stay away from other peoples pitches (unless they know them!), and they are always quiet in the evening time.

silly season!!! - what a silly reply, more like he didn't want to upset anyone

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!

We were at a CC site 3 years ago when our van was on its first outing

Next to us were a couple with a new Vanmaster so between the pitches there was a considerable investment.

All was well until a family with a large twin axle and several children arrived and they then took over the nearby play area for football.

The area was set up for little kids who then couldn't use it

Our vans were in the line of fire as the stray balls easily cleared the 3ft high fence round the bark covered play area.

The warden  would do nothing which wasn't surprising as DAD was built like the proverbial brick outhouse.

The other couple on one occasion kept the ball when it hit their outfit  for the umpteenth time.

As they left an accusing hand pointed out to DAD the couple who had kept their ball
