Hi Ellie

We stayed at unity last year and we have 2 kids 8 & 11, i cant remember the name of the field we stayed in but it was the furthest one from the main enterence, concerned me a little, however they have a land train which travels around the site picking up people and dropping them off at the leisure park, it runs up till quite late, about midnight i think. I was supprise that for a big commercial site, how little noise there was during the later hrs. Our pitch was also opposite the toilet block, which really please me !!!! But once again, it was no bother, no smell or noise so all in all it turned out be an enjoyable stay.

The kids can go horse riding from Unity, plus there is a play area with frames and stuff and fishing too.

Visited Wookey and Chedder Gorge, Chedder is good but if you end up parking at the top of the hill there is a lot of walking. Wookey also good, not sure how old your kids are but my daughter found some of it a little bit daunting, caves and lights and stuff. Never been to longleat so cant comment.

Hope you have a good time

Fester

Hi

We went to Unity 2 years ago and stayed on the Brown field which was the furthest away.  The kids were 4 and 6 then and had no problem walking around.

The play area is great, beach very close by, didn't partake in the club/pubs etc last time so can't comment there.  But we liked it enough to book to go again this year.  We are off their in the morning, staying 5 nights and are on Green field.  This time we intend to let the kids partake in all the kids clubs, as they are now that bit older and more independant.

Hi Ellie we stayed there in May we was on the green field you will find the facilities excellent the showers were the cleanest ones we have seen we found the club nearest the funfair as the better club as it didnt get to busy just a tip on Longleat go in to Burnham tourist info centre you can get cheaper tickets i think it worked out £60 for a family of four but this included the whole tour of Longleat also forget the train get the children to walk it will wear them out quicker !!!

Just got back.

Stayed on yellow field, which is the closest to the fair, you could hear it slightly during the day, but by 10 o clock it was quiet.

The shower block was clean and never had to wait.

Entertainment absolutely brilliant. The kids went to Busters club every morning from 10 am - 12  o clock. Then every evening from 6 pm till 8.30 Busters Funtime in RJs.  Then after that it was a band for the adults, but the kids still welcome and able to dance on the dance floor.  Food great we eat out there every night.  Try the Combo £12.00 feeds about 6 people.

Horseriding brill £6.00 for 30 mins, beach in 2 minutes

Our kids loved it so much, they want to return next year instead of EuroDisney!!!!!!

Hope you enjoy yourself, we certainly did.
