just wondering if anyone has been to this site recently as the reviews seem to be a little dated but good all the same.

Trying to find a site for the bank holiday weekend as the first site we wanted is fully booked.

Thanks Karen, I seem to be going roundin circles trying to decide what to do.

1. Do we stay localish ie northumberland etc

2. Do we venture slightly further afield to the west coast ie Brighouse bay, kirkudbright area

were originally supposed to be going south to Great Yarmouth but my hubbys workmate put pay to that by getting her hol dates mixed up.

So just the long bank holiday weekend will have to do and I am praying for sunshine

well looks like we could possibly be going to kirkcudbright now. I feel dizzy reading review after review and looking at all the websites cant wait for the school holidays to be over then can just pack up and go on a weekend without having to book.

I think South Meadows at Belford could become a regular haunt for us on weekend that I dont have to work.

OH does majority of the cooking whilst camping (male hunter instinct emerging I think) so i get to relax WOOHOO!!
