HELP!!! has anyone been to Neuadd farm near New Quay,,cant seem to find it on the campsite search. All i know is it has 120 pitches and the owners have said they can sqeeze us in at the weekend.
Wouldnt really go but,son-in-laws car has broke down (just as they had decided to take the 4 children to New Quay hoping to see the Dolphins)
So we have to take the 4 children in our Espace while they follow in his little van.
Can anyone say what its like ..thanks.

Love New Quay though we go a few times a year just come back from a 10 day holiday had a great time...Will ask my husband if he has heard of the farm when he come home from work...
Not been, but looked it up,andit is about 5 mins from shops and the beach,it is a picturesque harbour village, campsite has a lovely view over bay it has a bar and a play area.i think it sounds ok and is reasonably priced.Margie
We have stayed there for our summer holiday for he last 2 years.
The site is very basic with lots of seasonal pitches, some of which look tatty. The facilities are not great so be prepared to use the van for showers as they can be a long way from your pitch.
On the plus side, it is the nearest campsite within walking distance of the town and that is the big plus for us. We have a young family and spend most days in the beach which is great and then BBQ back at the site. You are also only a stones throw from the cliff path which is really stunning.
If this site wasn't in New Quay we wouldn't use it, but the location is great and it's cheap. We have paid £15 per night with electric for the last 2 years and we are going to book again for this year.

Hi Wardster00,
Can you please leave a review of this site for all to read when you have 5 minutes please
Lovely location what a shame the site is hillbilly heaven !
Good points were
Price : £16 a night with EHU ( £14 without )
Location : walking distance to New Quay town / harbour / beach etc( albeit uphill on way back ! )
Laundry room : £2 per wash open 7am - 10pm ( came in very handy when my son was sick in the middle of the night ! )
showers ( 50p per token available from wardens and farm house ) located in the static site ?! not sure why when most would shower in the van ?
Would / could be a good site if a tidy up and bit of time / effort / money put into the upkeep
Grotty looking caravans, and unsafe looking too !
Wardens "fenced off " area looks pretty bad with dogs barking etc ( we woke the wardens up one morning at 9.30am to be able to purchase shower tokens ! )
Will do a proper review soon

We are also after a site within walking distance of New quay for a spot of dolphin watching and I had noticed this site and had also read someone say on my campervan forum that the site was like shameless.
I may stay in Aberaron and drive to new quay. Such a shame the town doesn't have a decent site within walking distance that isn't a gargantuan caravan site or a 'certified' site
We are off on Saturday to Llainfran Caravan Site Caravan Club CS site never been and no reviews on here. As anyone been? Looking at the area and pictures of site it looks very nice hope this weather stays
