Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help me, I would like a quiet campsite, with not many people on in the countryside (not bothered where) to camp at this week end, would be prefible if open fires were aloud

   You'll be very lucky to find a campsite on August Bank Holiday weekend, with "not many people on", it's one of the busiest weeks of the season. If you can, I'd work over the Bank Holiday weekend and make a booking a week or two later, when most sites are usually much quieter...

Have to agree you will have a hard job finding a quiet campsite over bank holiday weekend, best time to find a quiet site is during the week, i can recommend one site in the snowdonia which is fairly quiet, and is in the most beutifull setting you could possibly find but its one for the hard wearing campers that dont expect state of the art facilities. will paste in the link to follow
