Stayed at this site over the weekend - what a little gem and what lovely owners. It is a C & CC 5 pitch site and is in a lovely setting. Pub across the road, beach a short walk away etc. Trouble is they are concentrating on their SC accommodation after Easter 2007 so wont be opening up for vans/tents etc. a real shame as it is a lovely site. However they are staying open over the winter right through till Easter so might just squeeze a couple more trips in

Clearly the SC accommodation brings in more dosh!  Oh well!  Plenty more campsites in the reviews section!  Have fun finding the next gem!

I asked why and they said it would give them a bit more freedom - I presume they meant that folks tend to stay for a week at a time in sc rather than weekends/part weeks? but like you say lots more sites to try
