funny, I did a search on the internet this morning! I was just day dreaming really, the cost proved prohibitive, but you can start entering "campsites for sales uk" on google and see what happens, on some websites they sell land only for development. Good luck!

Look at the agents that deal in the sale of sites. i.e. Edwards & Partners, Fox Leisure are two that come to mind.  Do a search and im sure you will find their websites.
