I agree with nearly everything on here, but....its ok having all these marvellous things as long as you have the maintenance and cleaners to check on them, pay the going rate instead of minimum wage so you have reliable staff. One site we went to paid students £5.00 an hour, so hardly anything got done!! Use metal hooks in the showers for clothes, the silly plastic things last about 2 days, get broke then dont get replaced til the following season! make sure everythings checked during the day to make sure nothings broken and everythings clean. I cant be bothered to go to reception to moan, I just dont go back! so anticipate problems.
Just on another note - dogs....people build their own little empires when they go camping & caravanning, short of putting up a fence etc. If you have a dogs on lead policy, enforce it. I hate walking past with my dog on a lead to the doggy walk and a dog comes legging it over to have a punch up or even just to say hello.
