Cofton Country Park has its own meadow and lots of open areas and its own forest with fantastic walks.

Pen Y Bont in Bala has fantastic walks very nearby, the scenery in this part of Wales is without doubt some of the best in the UK.

Just be careful to follow the country code and keep your dogs on a lead if you enter a field where there are sheep or cattle.

Norden Farm at Corfe in Dorset - don't think they have a limit on numbers of dogs and their 'dog walk' is actually part of the Purbeck Way and you can walk for miles through footpaths, woodland and beautiful open heathland.

Here's hopefully my old lurcher enjoying the heathland:

Matley Wood, New Forest. Devizes CCC has a nice dog walk but it's also right on the canal and is great for walking. Forest Holiday sites in the Forest of Dean also. Woodland Springs in Cornwall (Devon?) also has a nice walk across fields from the site.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!

Tyddyn Isaf in Angelsey happily accepted our 3 this year! There are no walks on site but the site itself has a private path down to the dog friendly beach ( 5 min walk ).

Presthope caravan club site in Much Wenlock is right opposite part of wenlock edge, And you can walk for Miles,

Never had a problem with Caravan club sites of Caravan and camping club site when we had 3 dogs, (only got 2 now though)

Also fforest fields near Builth Wells in wales has miles of woods to walk in, (They say only 2 dogs on there website) but we pre-phoned and they we;re fine
