What about http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=4762  near lancaster fishing lakes a large field for tents a small park and toilets and showers. Ideal site close to home with a huge open field that you can really spread out on.

I can recommed Gibralter Farm at Silverdale Near Carnforth, basic site, lovely area, possibly a bit of late night noise at busy times, village 1 mile walk away with a couple of pubs and shops.
