I've put this on uk, because that's where most of us are from (Sorry Freebird), but in my opinion the two best views from sites are Tramore Beach, Rosbeg, Donegal and Wavecrest, Co.Kerry. Both Ireland, obviously I suppose! Anyone else got anything better? Not yet in the digital camara age!

The view from the site at three cliffs bay Gower is beautiful it's even better from further up the cliff where some of the tents go but it's quite steep and you sacrifice a level pitch for stunning views.
I've got one hell of a view here. Infront T.V to the left kitchen and fridge full of Beer to the right strait out of the window and rain....I'm staying here !
We have two favourite sites ,Morvich and Bunree, fantastic places you only dream about going to,but unfortunatly the midges love it there too!!!!.,so heaven comes at a price..............
The views across the marshes towards Brograve mill and Horsey from Waxham, have an 'eerie' beauty as the mist lifts early on a summer morning... And if you can get up early enough (or go to bed late enough!), the view along the dunes between Sea Palling & Winterton at sunrise is pretty good too! (if the seals are on the beach, it's nicer still)...

completely agree with you on both of the above places.
Scottish highlands are truely magical. We go out of midge season and we prefer scotland how it should be - cold and misty !!
