Hi we are looking for a nice site with flatish pitches suitable for a tent. Must have ehu, clean loos and showers. Play area a bonus but not essential. Not too far from Bewdley would be preferred but anywhere in Worcs.
It will be for weekends in May and June and poss April.
We looked at a few last July when driving through that area, but several were empty or closed.
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
Don't know if it's of any interest but there is a C&C club site at Wolverley. I've never stayed there myself as I live locally but it looks flat and does have EHU's. Village of Wolverley is on the outskirts of Kidderminster and is about 10 mins drive (if that) to Bewdley. The site is next to the canal and there are a couple of nice pubs within walking distance. Wolverley has a little pitch and putt course too and there is plenty nearby such as Bodenham Arboretum, Kinver Edge, Kingsford Country Park . Safari Park, Severn Valley Railway etc.

The U.K.C.S. national was held here and a great time was had by all,(WHEN ARE WE GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!).
The big question is would you be allowed back?
Does look a lovely site. Would be grateful for other suggestions though incase we have problems getting in ( we wont be pre bookin very long in advance) and we will prolly have several weekends in this area over 2 or 3 months so a bit of variety wouldn't go amiss.
I kept my tourer on Wolverley Club Site for a number of years, using it every weekend in the season. There is a childrens play area, a recreation room with table tennis and the shower block was always clean and well kept. I liked the area so much that I bought a static on a static site in the same area. If you are going on consecutive weekends, you might find it as cheap to pay to store it there as to tow it back and forth.
I have also used Lickhill Manor on a regular basis. I prefer the Wolverley Site but like Lickhill's proximity to Stourport.
