Hello

Can anyone recommend a tent campsite for my 18 year old daughter and her boyfriend,   They would ideally like to be on a site that is within walking distance of a lively seaside town,  if it also had a pool on the site that would be a real bonus.

If anyone has any ideas she would be very grateful as this is her first holiday without her parents and obviously she wants it be somewhere nice.

We are booked into Wood Farm in Charmouth, Dorset, for Easter. Has an indoor pool on site and near beaches. Even though your daughter is only 18 (I remember) she and her boyfriend should still mix in with us old fogeys!

I will make sure I tell her to mix with the old fogeys, as we are much more fun than youngsters!!!

Hi Chris and Rita, we to at that age wanted a nice site with easy access to a seaside resort. How about Great Yarmouth, site below easy access to seaside, lovely beach and plenty for them to do. When we there age we spent most weekends here away from the parents.

Thanks everyone for all the advive.  My daughter has looked at all the sites that have been recommended and decided that she really likes the look of the site in Cornwall (thanks Julian).   She will be booking this site in the next couple of days and is really looking forward to it.   All she needs to do now is pass her driving test or hope her boyfriend buys a car before then, otherwise it looks like we will be doing the driving!!!
