We are considering staying at Centry Touring camp site in Brixham and we are trying to find out the size of the pitches available for tents.  We have a dome tent for nine people which measures 8 metres by 8 metres and wondered whether it would fit on to a single pitch or if we would have to pay for two.  We have  phoned the site and e mailed them but they appear to be a bit slow getting back to us.  Can anyone help please.  Tent make is Vango Diablo 900

I used to live in Brixham before moving to Exeter in 2002 so this is not very up to date.  For what it's worth a smallish site, mainly caravans with fairly basic facilities from what I remember.  Nice location though.  If I were you forget Brixham and try California Cross near Moreleigh or Slapton Sands (both C'van & Camping Club Sites).  Still near Torbay etc but much nicer area and good sites.
