I stayed at a place called Cofton in Starcross, just outside Dawlish Warren last year in Oct. Although we used one of their statics, I popped round to look at all of the facilities and would gladly go back with the tent.
It has an outdoor pool, pub/restaraunt on site, and a walk through woods of about 1 to 2 miles into Dawlish Warren.
