Hopefully others on the forum will give you better advice than me . .
But now we are In the Autumn Season . And can get very cold in the rural Peak District .
I would suggest you look at a 3/4 season Down Sleeping bags . Lightweight , Due to the load you will be Backpacking with . Around a 1 Kg or less , Poss Mummy style : If you dont mind the restriction . As for price . Tesco's were selling Micro S/B's around £30. but If you look at Field and Trek .For Examples . You will see good quality bags . But at a price !!!!.
Decathalon sell S/B bags at reasonable prices also Go Outdoors . And I'm sure they will be selling them cheaper now . The Camping Season . (" Is supposably over" ).
I hope this helps .
Cheers
