  I have heard a lot of good reports of Silk Inner Liners for sleeping bags . Which report that they Improve the temperature by so many degree's .

Also I have read about The thermolite reactor Inner Liners providing upto 8 degree's of warmth .

has Anybody used either . And what do you find the best to Improve your sleeping bag .

I've got silk liners - they're supposed to increase comfort rating down a further 5 degrees C. But I dunno. I get annoyed with mine as they just get uncomfortable. Best way to improve comfort at lower temps I find is by keeping warm, dry and clean clothing on in the bag. Much better for when you get out in the morning too.

I use silk, in v hot conditions can just get away with the liner, but the bag in a bag does get in a fankle
