Many thanks seans...I am 5'8" but have shorter legs and long top half.
That was really good of you to put up the tent to get the measurements always good to get an owners comments.
Now in my 60's I just prefer enough headroom to sit up to get changed and have a brew etc.
I agree about unhooking part of inner, I do that when making a brew of cooking food in small tent with door open slightly..Thanks again..
