Can I just ask about pack size? Only 3.3 kg but pack size is listed as 45 x 18 but surely there is a dimension missing?
I have bought my husband front and back of these panniers to replace his ancient carradice ones for Christmas, doesn't look like it will fit as listed although surely we can separate it and squash it in?

I believe the Trisar is pitched inner first, some pepople prefer flysheet first or all in one pitching.

I did know that VangoMan, don't mind it really tbh in view of our plans - with a child we won't be doing anything too extreme and I decided after reading a few reviews after posting that it would be fine (for the cost of 2 nights in a B&B).

Thats good, it is a good tent. I had the 2 berth model a few years ago. Sorry I see you had mentioned it was inner first at the end of your post.
It goes up quickly so if its raining just use flysheet lying over inner as its being erected and held down with a peg incase it takes off.Enjoy!!

, looks fine for the £, I know it is inner first but I would be very fair weather and if I had been cycling 40 miles a day in the rain I would be looking for a B&B.
