Apart from a collectors rally this is the first time we've had the campervan on a site. No problem with social distancing - nearly empty in large parts mid week & plenty of handwash & strategic closure of stalls in the toilet blocks. The open camping field was marked out to ensure distancing. Smeaton's Lakes near Newark - bit of antiquing, visit to Southwell & Sherwood Forest.

Is the roll out roof with sides a bit of kit that someone makes or something you've rigged yourself?

It's a set of panels from Fiamma to go with their F45 wind out canopy. Few years old now & likely superseded. We've had the canopy & awning on for a few years before we got the van converted to a camper. Previously a race van for taking lad to mtb events

I'm in the process of making an awning for the back doors out of a large Army basha. Adding a zip for access. Ideal for toilet or our 12v shower. Also thinking of making simple screens with press-studs out of another basha to cover the awning windows on a night.
