I've heard a lot about this site,  but what's it like, facillities wise?

It's mid-Wales, nearest towns are Builth Wells and Llandrindod Wells. On a map, just above the Brecon Beacons.

Well, if you like peace, quiet and relaxation it's the place for you. If you check out their website it is what it says on the tin. If you like shopping or clubhouses, etc then it won't be for you. They sell local produce onsite and everything is wonderfully based on honesty, if there's nobody in the office and you want some bacon, you take it from the fridge, put your money in an envelope and put it in the honesty box, I've never come across anywhere else that does this!

Its a fantastic site for kids, there may be no swimming pool but there is a large lake where all the kids swim, there are kayaks you can borrow and as for dogs, well, you'll see by my photos how much our dog likes it there.

They've recently opened brand new facilities with the best showers I've ever used on a campsite, there's a lovely camp kitchen with 2 x fridges, 2 x freezers and a microwave, there's a drying room - great for getting towels and wetsuits dry after a swim and a laundry room with two washers and two dryers - again, no worrying about finding change for a coin operated machine, just regular machines and pop your payment into the office. The most recent addition is a bunk room.

Add to this that you can sit round a firepit at night too and you have, for me, the perfect campsite!

FfabUlous photos.  I really love your set up, very home from home.  I would like a giant throw which Bailey is lying on.
