Thanks everyone! the carpet is a cheap easycamp one from ebay i bought to go in our maritsa porch. far too small for the icarus but fills out the middle of the living area. my children really do love camping, pleased the baby is on board too - shame about the 5am starts though, he really is a little early bird (same at home!!) And much easier to take a baby than an independent noisy toddler - we got our first tent and went for our first camp when my girls were 5yrs and 14ms and my youngest has never ran so fast, as when she was escaping the tent
