Klik, yikes!! That was quite a start to your trip -you were fortunate to get a Halford's on the way to sort it - thankfully :o)

I can confirm campbeds with sims are sooo comfy but good luck trying to cuddle the occupant in them!

So pleased that you both enjoyed it though, it sounds like you're almost ready for your next adventure :o)

Thanks for the write up, love the airbed debacle :o)

Yes, next adventure in the planning stages. Having a little glamping luxury first at The Rambleshack, near Coldingham in the Scottish Borders. Child free, I think we deserve it! Have a look on the net, it's pretty unique.

I meant to say to you that we failed with enough light too plus I think my head is permanently misshapen after banging my head on the lantern so many times! Hopefully someone will come along and tell us the answer for well lit tents.

On a mission for comfy chairs now, Mucker gave us his favourite...anyone else? My OH is now grumbling about space in the shed, as we now have 4 moon chairs, 6 folding camping chairs and a single kids chair, the partner of which is still sitting on the verge of the A96!

Keep in touch and let me know how you get on with your new tent quest.
