I never pitch the van under a tree. First when it rains you get bigger drops so more nose plus a big tree like that tends to hold onto the rain. Second if its not raining you get all the sticky gunge from the tree onto the roof of the van. Third blocks out the sun. Apart from that nice pics
my garden is full of trees and birds.. too much sun can be as bad as too little.. as for bigger water drops.. true probably but you get less of them.. :)
try camping (or picnicking) in a real hot country.. the shady tree is obligatory.. he he
the pull in was near stafford there are two or three nice ones like that on the A518.. we left Thursday evening to avoid Friday traffic.. took the scenic route deliberately intending to find a stop on the way..
the weather wasnt very kind on the event day Saturday the pic was taken Sunday morning..
and yep that is the first time i have been on a "site".. it wasnt a busy layby.. it was free though.. he he..
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
