So we got back today after our 1st trip in our caravan, after swapping from tents this year.
On the 1st day Hubby bought a porch awning from a guy on the site, which was fab for the long weekend.
Took a trip to Whitby
Tired our little dog out!
After a very windy night on Monday, and rescuing our new to us porch awning, and the awning on one of the unoccupied vans near us, along with another couple, today was lovely and really didn't want to leave

You are right Tigermouse, it is Vale of Pickering. What a fantastic site it is, will be going back that is a sure bet.
I thought it looked like it. I went one afternoon a few years ago just to visit some friends who were staying there and I was quite impressed, always intended camping there myself but never got round to it yet.

Lovely looking site and smashing photos. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to the next instalment.

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

I have totally fallen in love with the area Keith,to a point that I have put our name down for a seasonal pitch. we found the Antara towed really well, and we even got 26.7 mpg, which was more than we expected.
Wibsey it certainly is a great part of the country, pleased you like your Antara only complaint I have about it is the clunky gearbox otherwise a really good tow car and very comfortable to drive
Lovely pics, especially the pic of the BT, however, I am bias as I have a BT myself.
