You get 15 extra photo slots for each site review in 2021, 10 for each review from 2020. So you currently should have 105 slots - your 60 standard limit as a Diamond Level, plus a further 45 for your 3 reviews so far from this year.

When you click the green upload button , you should see your allowance at the bottom just above "Upload a new photo"
"....You have uploaded xx photos from an allowed maximum of xxx. You can increase this limit by leaving more campsite reviews from this year or last..."

60 standard limit as a diamond level? I only have allowance of 10?!
Yes, to clarify, if you haven't left a campsite review in the last two years then your allowance is reduced to 10
