This last couple of weeks I've been receiving emails entitled "UKCampsite.co.uk Forum Post Notification" for every single post that I've contributed to. To stop these I have to click on a "delete_notifications" link in the email, find the thread and then tick a toggle box and click the "stop" button to stop notifications for every individual post. There seems to be no way of stopping them all by default.
Is this new ? I assume everyone is getting these ? I really think there should be a "stop all" default button, if there is and I've missed it I would be grateful if someone could point it out.
I've had those from time to time, pretty sure I've NEVER opted for notifications, and following the links to discontinue notifications for any particular post has failed to work too - think it's all down to system glitches!
The 'system' seems to have some regular glitches as well as that one! Duplicate posts (member, date etc. same as legitimate post) with entirely different title/content (which is never accessible). And quite regularly see old posts well outside the time frame filtering I've used being listed.
If you access UKCS's forum via your mobile phone, the default setting for your posts is set to receive notifications, and one has to manually change it to no notification for each reply.
I discovered that when the phone version was newly available.
To remove notifications, one would need to go to the Members Only tab, look for notifications, and de-select the desired forum posts one is currently subscribed to receive notifications.

Things is, I've been using the mobile for UKCS for years, but its only in the last couple of weeks I've been getting these notifications.
Were you using the desktop version on your mobile phone, or the phone version, as they are not the same?

I use the URL https://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/ in a Chrome browser on my phone mostly, also now and then on a PC, which is how I've accessed the site for years.
Leaving it to Ratty et al to address as I can't help anymore, sorry!

I access through mobile and have notifications set up but I don't always get one when someone replies to me.
