This morning I received an email from this page, but it said no content and no subject so I didn't open it in case it was a scam, like the dodgy phone calls when nobody speaks. Has anyone else had this, like a hacker is trying to establish an email address is active or is it genuine?

I delete anything and everything if I don't trust it. I probably delete quite a few harmless ones, but there are so many scams out there today I have become very untrusting. I double-check everything before responding personally.
