I don’t get UKCS emails but sometimes a perfectly legitimate email from a friend goes there. I can “mark as not spam”, but usually I just move it to my In box. I think it’s just the server being over cautious, in the same way some obvious spam (bitcoin, funeral plans) slips the net & gets into the In box, so I “mark as Spam & block sender”.
OH deletes emails but never deletes his Trash where the deleted emails have gone.
I've had e-mails come through into my Spam box which happened only yesterday which was a reply from a C&CC certified site with reference to a query. Providing that you know who the sender is just click on the box 'Not Spam' or 'Safe Sender' which should then go straight into your inbox. If you don't know who the sender is then that's the time to be cautious as it may be a virus if you open it.

Thanks. Still happening.
If you haven't clicked on 'Not Spam' then the e-mails will just continue through the same route direct to your Spam box. If you click on 'Not Spam' then future e-mails should go direct to your Inbox instead.
I often get genuine emails go into spam, and it appears quite random. I haven't had anything from UKCS go into spam, (not recently anyway) but it's probably only a matter of time.
sorry for tagging onto this old thread, but i can't post a new thread, as the message board does not appear, it only appears at the end of existing threads. any ideas----- Admin----???
