At the top of the page, under the UK campsite.co.uk banner there are 12 buttons which link to various parts of the site. The Free Adverts link is towards the bottom of the right hand column on my screen.

On the mobile version I think you go to the homepage and scroll down, after the campsite search options there should be a section called "Everything else" or words to that effect and the Free Advert link should be there.

Alternatively you could switch to the desktop view and the links should appear as I mentioned above.
