Many fond memories of the tent camping trips but starting to get soft as the years slip by;)
Happens to many of us over time. We started out in the early 70s with a frame tent, but graduated to a caravan when our second daughter came along. Have had 4 caravans since then with a big gap between nos 2 and 3 when we had a river cruiser. Caravans 3 & 4 were in our retirement, after we got fed up with going up and down the same rivers and the locks were starting to get too much for just two pensioners both with dodgy backs.
