Well, we shun expensive, club sites, club houses bars etc.
We try to find CLs/CSs near shops and countryside attractions, with level ground and good access. I can't for the life of me understand folks who won't use such sites. I was once told on here that I am an inverted snob for that reason, hence my username...
Hi,
I have been away to a brilliant site near Cardigan and promised to write a review. However when I log in, go to the particular campsite and click on add review it just sends me round in a circle asking me to log in again. Perhaps that is why more reviews aren't left. It doesn't always work and after 25 minutes of going round in circles I gave up. If anyone is interested, Ty Mawr, Ferwig near Cardigan is fantastic. Look it up, I can't add a review.
I tend to camp with C&CC temp holiday site which is usually just a field in the middle of nowhere, with nothing but a water tap and a chemical disposal. Can't find a way to do a review.
I love reviews! I read them thoroughly when looking into booking; regardless how long ago/how many recent ones have been submitted. Sometimes that one review might just have that teeny bit of information that I'm looking for without realising I'm looking for it! I always leave a review too, for other like minded people who look for any potential likes/dislikes in a site before booking. I can never have enough information.
