Hi,

I bought an Outwell Nevada XL from Winfields, over the phone. It was delivered within a couple of days, postage was very reasonable(about £5) Good service.

Bought an Outwell side canopy from Yeomans(Codsall Wolverhampton) and the service was great. The canopy was faulty and they exchanged it without a problem, so I upgraded to anOaklahoma day tent. They didn't have a blue one in stock, so tried to order me one from their head office. They couldn't get me one in blue, but kept a green one for me. Great customer service, and if you go armed with a printout from the internet, they do their best to price match. Great service all round, and we have bought 2 Outwell windbreaks from them as well at £19.99. My bro in law wants a tent, so I know where we will  be going for it!

I think this would be particularly helpfull for when you are actually going camping so that you will have some idea of where the good camping shops are in the area you are visiting should anything unfortunate happen or you feel the sudden urge to spend some money.
