I don't know about you, but I really enjoy peoples photo galleries. I find that they often put a smile on my face but they are helpful aswell. I wanted to know if a Vango canopy would fit a VV500 and sure enough, up popped some photos. They looked great and they helped to make my mind up on whether to get one or not.

I would be interested if anyone thought the same and if it was a good idea to introduce a photo gallery of members' equipment-you know what I mean!

Have you seen Woofers set-up? The photos give a good indication of the actual size of the living space inside a Bear Lake 6. But the dogs really do look cute though!

I often look at the gallery photos - you can get some good ideas from them. It's often worth clicking on any photo links on people signature part. one member (can't remember name but photo album name is Mrs Trellis - Sonia P??) has some really good photos.

I knew I would be told off for not having some photos of my set-up !!! I thought my cat looks cool .

Its great that you can click onto profile and see personal photos and the like but having a specific forum for a photo gallery for equipment only would be really useful.

My digi camera jammed or something on the first day of my last camping trip and I haven't got round to getting it fixed. Will make sure I get it sorted in time for next camping weekend trip which should be the beginning of October

Photos are great - seen one picture years ago with a really messy tent and never understood why someone would want everyone seeing it.  Anytime we're away, I always make sure the tents tidy, always makes it look bigger.  Discovered I'm quite 'tent proud'.

Yessssssssssssssssssssss!  I am fully behind this idea - I love nosing at people's set up, gives me some good ideas.

I have looked through a few galleries but to be honest there are so many that I can't look through them all to find interior tent pics so it would be really handy to have them all in one place.

How do we go about this then?  Do we just start a thread called 'Whats inside your tent?' or is there somewhere else they should be?

I agree i think its a great idea, most websites dont offer decent pictures for tents and accessories..

For example we hae just brought the trout lake and the canopy however i was unsure about it due to the shape of the front of the troutlake and wasted space under the canopy, however someone (Cant remember who) has a pic of inside on their profile. so thanks for that. but a central location for pics would be great!
