Hi again Christine.
Well that is the way to do it.But before you try again
Remove all your cookies and start fresh.
Go this way first Go start, Run and type in Cookies. OK edit and select all, file and Delete.
Now go onto firefox, tools,Options, show cookies, then click remove all cookies. That will remove all the cookies on your PC then follow the first procedure to put back UKCS cookie and any other site like eBay or other regular used site you have to sign in. then when you have done that check your cookies and remove any that you do not recognize such as double click or fast click. That way you will start off with a clean PC of unwanted cookies. Warnings from your malware programs usually don't warn against cookies so I would be tempted to run your AV and spy ware scans as well.
Rex.
