I'm not actually sure how this all works - I have been trying to use the 'late availability' checker and my computer is showing lots of 'green' ie: available for the dates I'm looking for, but when I contact the sites there is limited or no availability.
How does the info stay up to date?
How accurate is it?
Any advice or recommendations for me to do it differently somehow?

The sites themselves update their calendars so if they are wrong, it's down to them! If you remember which ones it was and let us know we can get in touch with them to put it right
