Can someone please help how do I upload a photo on the ads I have paid the £3.99 but cannot get the photo up on the side of my advert it comes up when you read full details only

I had similar problems using Gumtree and had to use Internet Explorer instead of Firefox. That solved the problem.

I have tried refreshing the page and still no photo on main page its on the view page only not sure what has happened
