Hi. Have submitted two reviews - and want to add something to one of them. The site is Ulwell Cottage, Ulwell nr Swanage. I want to add that having emailed them twice with my comments on the poor state of the pitch, they have failed to respond at all, so dont think much of customer service. Is there any way you can add this in - I was trying to be fair and give them a chance but if they cant be bothered to reply, then I wont be praising the site to the hilt!
