Can't we just leave it as it is? if it ain't broke don't fix it!

Well that's my view, it seems to work ok as it is, and anything to save the lads more work

How about if you are going to divide it....

prob people will have better suggestions but do like the inclusion of a campfire

Tbh...I like it as it is too. My earlier suggestion was just me putting in me four pennethOdds and S*ds was my first choice though

Only one thing I'd like to see is somwhere for a more 'interesting' type of convo. You know, like the threads that keep getting locked? I just long sometimes for an intelligent and stimulating conversation/argument/discussion or whatever you want to call it. Just as we get a good debate going, it gets taken over by folk who just want to be stupid, and bang goes the thread!

You know what we're all like when we get together in real life? We chat & 'put the world to rights'? I'd love to be able to do that on the Forum too, without the idiots. I guess it's a selfish request anyway for me as I love this Forum, and I miss the Meets and the chance to have the crack with 'like-minded people'.

I think 'Life In General' just about sums it up, but I wish people could behave properly.

I suppose really anything to do with camping of any sort can find a home in one of the other forums anyway so all that should be in OL & GC is stuff that isn't to do with camping.

But I suspect what some people might like is a forum for outdoorsy things that don't fit into any of the other forums, where chat about things such as hill walking, mountaineering, canoeing, pot holing etc could be put, to keep it out of the general banter and therefore more easily found.
