I've got a Instant Vortex Plus VersaZone Air Fryer at home, it's versatile as has a single large basket, but with a removable divider and two cooking zones, so best of both worlds, cook large like a 10" pizza or even a chicken, or two smaller items at different temps and times, downside is it's far too big for limited kitchen worktop space in caravan! Love it, and has all but replaced my cooker oven.
As far as an air fryer in caravan goes, you need to be careful of the power consumption, some can be up to 2.4kW, which is the maximum that a caravan mains socket can supply (10A circuit breaker on supply panel!), and requires a MINIMUM of 10A EHU! Many are around 1.5 - 1.7kW, so still too powerful for the common 6A continental EHU, but generally OK in UK!
