I bought a Burgundy Isabella capri lux IXL awning with carbon poles, off ebay. Seller said it was size 14 1000cm. Nievely I did not realise Isabella awnings are sized differently so took his word it was truly 1000cm, but it's not. It's a good 10inch short on both sides. So my question is, what size Isabella do I ACTUALLY need for 1000cm and how do I find the true size of this one? There's no label on the inner rail, I assume it's been torn off when they've pulled it round. I'm losing the will to live on this one 🤦🏻‍♀️

I don't know if it's your 1st time or you are experienced in putting up awnings. I have looked on Isabella and size 14 is 975-1000cm, I personally would have gone for a 15 which is 1000-1025 but it should still fit, you do know that the canvas only comes to the bottom of caravan and the space below is filled in by the plastic skirt and you adjust the front legs to the right Don't know if this is of any help?

that is not correct, the plastic skirt should not start from the bottom of the caravan wall, it should reach down to the grass/floor
