I just wanted to thank Auntie Social for the link to the Oxford School of Reflexology site.

We have just bought 2 high back chairs for
£50....bargain! and they are sooo comfortable that we have decided to go the whole hog and buy another 2!

You are welcome, glad you are happy with them.

I couldn't believe the price could be right at first and was a bit apprehensive as I had never used the site before but I had no complaints whatsoever.

I recently tried out the various well known brands and found the seville chair to be my favourite, it was considerably cheaper too. Well made, lightweight and plenty of room for the big boned. I bought the attachment to make it like a lounger and had a relaxing time sunbathing down in Devon last week. All personal preferance of course.

We've got lafumas and dukdalf chairs. We use the dukdalf for sitting around the table, and for relaxing but the lafumas are just the most luxurious relaxer chairs going! We bought ours a couple of years ago they cost about £90 each then! We saw them in France for the equivalent of about £60 each, in 'Casino' - big supermarket. Well worth waiting if you're going to France.

I bought 2 chairs with footrests from Towsure a couple of years ago and paid £25 each for the chairs and £10 each for the footstools. We use the chairs around the table and then with the footstools as a lounger. they are light comfortable and practical. I am sorry but I can not see how anyone can justify paying that kind of money for Lafumas just for camping!!  As is  usual in all these cases you are paying for the name.

So the ones I recommended at £25 each were a rip off because I was paying for the name? Even though they they were £5 cheaper than the ones you recommend!

Hi Thanks to everyone for the advice as to what chairs to go for, we decided last weekend to buy two lafuma loungers with the lace up sides but went for the non padded type. We bought them from Homestead caravans Essex on offer for £179 for the two and we also bought two light weight fold up lafma high back deck chairs in the same material to match the loungers to use for eating at the table, these were £78 for the two. I know they were expensive but we are so pleased with them I couldn't believe a chair would be so comftable but when you tip yourself back in the recliner the shape of the chair just seems to fit everypart of you and supports your body I've had to hide them up in the caravan to stop family and friends sitting on them as I like to think they are my little piece of luxury and treat for me and my wife look forward to getting them out when we go to Devon half term week

Dan
