Well you could put the tap on one of the branches off the "T" piece but it wouldn't be as neat or convenient as your one

mines set up so its a continual feed across the "T" and the tap switches of the remaining connector ,you can run one or two appliances merely by opening the tap or keeping it closed.the gas stove connects to the untapped part and if i want to use the fridge on gas it connects to the remaining feed ,when its not needed (the fridge is on the mains) the tap stops off the unwanted feed.the unused pipe merely gets left outside with an ear plug in the end to stop unwanted insects living in the pipe,but if you wish you could disconnect the pipe at the "T" piece but i have left the pipe at home before so leave it on and disconnect from the fridge end.

Think i'll adopt that for my cooker and Cadac for next season,good thinking who ever it was.i have a "T" piece that has no tap i tryed it today and it works a treat

yep that is exactly what i am lookin for but for calo gas, anyone know where i can get one ?

I don't think you can get them for calor - only propane. I asked in our calor shop recently and was told this. However I did track down a T piece and am awaiting delivery of my bayonet connectors!

I used to have a double regulator but have bee unable to source one in the UK - knew it was a mistake to let it go...

Imperial gas pipe is measured on inside diameter, metric outside dia.  8mm or 1/4" are the same item.

The number of devices depends upon the size of the tubing and the rated flow of the regulator. In my University a small gas turbine engine is rum for a large array of gas bottles with large regulators and tubing.
