You could try putting the brackets through the roofbox (the ones that attach to the roofbars) then use them to rope it or hook it on the shed wall. That way you won't have all the weight on the one end of the box.
But if it's a sturdy enough box it shouldn't go out of shape even if it is sitting on one end. Not if you rotate it every week!
