Phew! Well went to local campshop today and had a squit at their coolers, they had the coleman extreme 36 which I had a good look at, was susprised how much smaller it was inside than out, the 'walls' are very thick! ( bear in mind anyone looking at this one ) They had maxcold 50, 70 so had a look at those and the igloo red wheelie one, which was great, had a go pulling it about and checked online on return that size was similar to the maxcold 40 wheelie, which it was, and have FINALLY ordered the maxcold 40 on wheels, am really excited now ( sad, I know ) and cant wait to get it! BIG thanks to all who have inputted in this subject, will report on return from camping how we get on. .
------------- I love my caravan!

hi
we sell both the igloo and the coleman and to be honest i prefer the igloo as they are not so bulky as the coleman as the sides are thiner because they use ultraform polyuethene which is patented by igloo and have been insulating these coolers since 1947 the igloo are very strong and can with stand 300lb of weight on the lid so acts as a great seat the interier is fridge quality and are straight sides inside compared with the coleman we are selling a lot of the maxcold range of coolers at the moment to a lot of caterers and proffessional traders, hospitals ect reason for this is the igloo range are a household name in the usa and hold 80% of sales on coolers and they are food quality heigene safe
the coleman are more bulky as the walls are about 2inches thick and the insulation is polylite the reason for the thicker walls is that polylite by coleman is not as effective as the igloo insulation of the maxcold range of coolers by igloo
hope this info help someone
