I don't like the ones who send me an email but ask me to phone them. Just given two wireless modems away - had over 25 emails in 24 hours! Majority of the emails were very polite, only one or two who weren't. First one has been collected but I'm waiting a reply for the other one, kept all the emails so can pick another at random if I need to.
