We use the ice packs/ice boards and have our name on them, we recently spent a week in Cornwall and had no problems, just swapped them over every morning. For keeping beer and wine cool we use a large bucket (we call it the cocktail cabinet) filled with cold water and keep it in the shade, works a treat and if the water starts to go warm just top it up with more cold water.
