The £40.43 total is excluding VAT at 15% which will be added when you try to pay.  its not obvious but if you add "your location" from the drop down box at the top left you will get the full price with VAT.   Still not a bad price though

We bought the 4 socket one earlier this year, but have since seen it (somewhere!) much cheaper!

It was useful having all those sockets, and I would def not have had a single one.

If I remember where I saw it cheap, I will post the link.
